Its one I have done before and I know works. I have decided on the 800 calorie plan as I have a high BMI and a lot to lose. This plan isn’t for the faint hearted – it takes guts and determination and a huge ton of willpower but if your head is in the game it promises fantastic losses.
I have 3 meal replacement products during the day and a 200 calorie meal from a set list of foods. There are loads of different products to choose from, shakes, soups, meal pots, bars and desserts. Delivery day is my favourite day!!
My weigh ins are on a Wednesday – I don’t expect huge losses every week. It would be nice though 😂
Finally – Drink lots of water…
Water is your friend but if i’m honest unless its 40 degrees outside or I have just run a marathon which is not going to happen – ever – then I don’t want to drink it – I don’t like water. It doesn’t come naturally to me but I am learning that its a good thing and am working my way to as close to 3 litres a day as I can manage. I remember someone once saying the more you drink the more you shrink.. I don’t remember who it was but all I can say is we will see!!! LOL
